Rea, a growing Top 100 business advisory and accounting firm, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to lead account management, cybersecurity strategy, IT budgets, and quarterly business reviews. You will collaborate with engineers, managed services, and sales teams to grow recurring revenue and project engagements.

The role requires strong client management, IT knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel and client facing work are expected in a hybrid environment with 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, business, or similar field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of successful sales/customer management experience within the information technology industry

Responsibilities

• Liaison between client and technicians for complex accounts and review issues, risks, and SLAs.
• Understand IT and cybersecurity risks for quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Nurture client relationships with proactive communication and trust.
• Develop compelling solutions and manage client implementations from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities and expand market reach with key stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and metrics to inform business objectives.
