Job summary

Rea is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and grow the sales pipeline while aligning IT services with business goals.

You will work with engineers, managed services delivery, and leadership to renew contracts, propose new engagements, and drive quarterly business reviews. A strong IT background and customer-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales/customer management experience in IT.
• Industry certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client and technicians for complex issues and SLAs.
• Provide cybersecurity risk awareness for quarterly business reviews.
• Drive renewal of contracts and growth of recurring revenue.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Develop and present compelling IT solutions to clients.
• Utilize CRM and service delivery tools to track data and progress.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and market expansion.
• Define KPIs and monitor progress to inform objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings, planning, and marketing activities.
• Support video marketing and client success content.
