Job summary

Rea is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for assigned clients, driving relationships, cybersecurity alignment, budgets, and quarterly reviews. You will collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to expand the sales pipeline and renew contracts.

The role emphasizes proactive opportunity identification, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver value and growth for clients across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 7–10 years of sales/customer management in IT.
• Experience with CRM tools and cybersecurity awareness a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager for assigned clients and grow the sales pipeline.
• Develop cyber security strategy, budgets, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, delivery teams, and cross-functional groups to propose solutions.
• Identify opportunities, renew recurring revenue, and drive new projects from start to finish.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
