You will build lasting client relationships, assess financial needs, and present tailored product recommendations, while following regulatory requirements and company policies.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor product features to clients.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and risk controls, including training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
