Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to build and deepen client relationships, provide consultative banking solutions, and leverage digital tools to enhance service.

You will represent the brand with hospitality while meeting regulatory requirements and collaborating with a team of experts. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work extended branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to tailor product benefits to clients’ needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory obligations.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Licensing through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
