Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch to represent the brand with hospitality and provide financial solutions that meet client needs. You will build lasting relationships and help clients navigate banking products while complying with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, advising on financial services, and promoting digital tools. Weekend and evening hours are required in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively advise clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
