Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using digital tools. The role emphasizes compliance and high service standards.

You will educate clients on digital banking, work flexible hours including weekends, and collaborate with a team of specialists to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses or readiness to obtain via JPM licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
