Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust through consultative conversations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
