JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality-focused service, manage client relationships, and recommend banking solutions. You will guide clients through financial needs with digital tools and collaborate with specialists for complex cases.

The role emphasizes adherence to banking regulations, licensing milestones, and weekend/evening availability to support branch operations and client success.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product features.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licenses required within 180 days.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• National mortgage licensing requirements and NMLS registration compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
