Job summary

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Training and licensing requirements apply as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, with ability to tailor product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Weekend/evening branch hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
