Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to follow risk controls and complete required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses and registrations may be required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
