Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and risk/compliance awareness.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
