Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to provide thoughtful financial solutions.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge and technology to address client needs and enhance their banking experience. You will work within risk parameters, complete required training, and adapt to branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail within risk parameters.
• Meet regulatory obligations and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
