Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the Atlanta area is seeking a client-focused professional for a Regular, full-time role. You will build and expand client relationships, provide financial solutions, and support teller duties as needed, delivering service both in person and by phone.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, meeting sales targets, and referring complex needs to internal specialists while adhering to controls and regulatory requirements. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports sales process by referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advices on consumer lending options and loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Engages clients during transactions and assists with navigation within the branch.
