Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to obtain SAFE/Licensing compliance and pass checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and refer opportunities to business partners.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and meet sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Engage in ongoing product knowledge training and adhere to policy guidelines.
• Support the branch team with accurate and courteous service.
