Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time client service professional who will deliver an industry leading service experience in person and by phone, develop client relationships, and offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations.

You may be cross trained to perform teller duties and will support branch sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships, with occasional travel and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and meet NMLS background check requirements
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training meetings and sessions.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk management guidelines.
• Delivers consistent client service by engaging clients and handling teller transactions when needed.
