Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Professional to deliver industry-leading client service in person and by phone at a Georgia branch. You will develop and expand client relationships, cross-sell financial solutions, and support teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, loan application assistance, and compliance with internal controls while working weekends and extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and successful background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain routine client requests and resolve issues with advanced sales functions.
• Support branch targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Consultatively discuss needs or refer to specialists for complex goals.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing sales and product knowledge training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures.
• Engage clients to ensure a consistent service experience during transactions.
