Truist in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a regular full-time Client Service Associate to provide timely transactions and accurate records while upselling digital solutions. You will engage clients, answer questions, and support outbound outreach to identify needs and opportunities for branch staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with IRM activities, staying compliant with policies, and delivering consistent service across channels. Weekend/extended hours may apply, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience required.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and PC proficiency.

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
