Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver industry-leading service in-branch and over the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships while offering financial solutions aligned with client needs and referrals to specialists for growth opportunities.

As needed, you may perform teller duties and participate in branch sales activities. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and compliance with policies. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days including NMLS background check and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and basic sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Support sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and products through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensure a consistent client experience with courteous service during transactions.
