Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, customer-focused banking professional in Savannah to deliver exceptional client service in person and over the phone. You will develop client relationships, propose financial solutions, and be cross-trained to handle teller duties as needed within Truist Retail Community Bank operations.

The role emphasizes sales support, consultative conversations, and collaboration with internal specialists to meet client needs. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS checks
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone, developing and expanding client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Support team sales process through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and sales training sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies while staying informed of changes.
