Qualifikationen

• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS checks.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced client maintenance support, problem resolution and sales across deposit, credit and other products.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and assist with consultative conversations.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Assist with sales techniques and product knowledge development to serve clients.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, staying updated on changes.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and act as a resource for colleagues.
• Deliver professional client service with courteous interactions during transactions.
