Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients into our branch, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using Chase technology. You will build lasting relationships through proactive service and expert guidance on banking products.

You will operate in a fast-paced branch environment, require strong communication skills, and adhere to regulatory requirements while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or related industries.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
