Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with the ability to tailor features of products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent is required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
