Qualifications

• Weekend/evening work availability.
• Regulatory requirements awareness (Dodd-Frank/NMLS) when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
