Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients, offer financial guidance, and connect them with specialists. You will use banking technology and provide friendly service, while upholding branch procedures and risk controls.

Responsibilities include meeting clients in person or by phone, educating them on digital tools, and helping with branch operations in line with policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet needs.
• Meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies.
