Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
