Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, delivering hospitable service and leveraging modern banking tools to help clients meet financial goals.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful solutions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This role requires flexibility for weekend/evening hours and licensing within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
