Job summary

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school degree or GED.
SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
