Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand at a branch, delivering welcoming, attentive service while leveraging Chase solutions to meets clients’ financial needs.

You will build lasting relationships, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. This role requires weekend/evening availability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
