JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch. You will lead client relationships, deliver personalized financial solutions, and promote technology-driven banking experiences. Compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing is essential as you grow client partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, weekend/evening availability, and a customer-first mindset to provide hospitality and trusted financial guidance across our branch network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success
• Ability to create memorable client experiences
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations
• Communicate clearly to understand clients’ needs and build trust
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
