Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and use cutting-edge financial technology to serve clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, promoting products, guiding users to Chase mobile and online tools, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to tailor product features to clients
• Strong attention to detail when resolving client issues
• Meet banking risk/compliance requirements and complete training
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses (preferred)
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs
• Educate clients to connect them with technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
