You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while adhering to banking regulations and policies. The role requires weekend/evening availability and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor product benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
