You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App and online platforms, meet with clients in-branch or by phone, and collaborate with specialists to support complex needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to tailor product/service recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices per bank policies.
