Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone, tailoring product benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations (63 if required) with JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, build trust, and anticipate concerns.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
