Qualifications

  • 1+ year in retail banking or financial services with client acquisition experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
  • Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk standards.
  • Regulatory training and licensing requirements must be pursued.
  • Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
  • Meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and anticipate client requirements.
  • Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
  • Learn products and procedures quickly and coordinate with specialists for complex needs.
  • Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
