Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will educate clients on digital tools, support the sales process, and ensure adherence to controls while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, PC literacy, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed. Training and benefits are provided across Truist branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to use PC keyboard and branch automation software
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer apps (MS Office)
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours with travel when needed
• One year client relationship building or sales experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention (preferred)
• Experience sourcing/prospecting for new clients (preferred)
• Understanding of bank operations and procedures (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle both complex and standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound calling and identifying client needs
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions for continuous learning
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
