Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Regular teller to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records while safeguarding money handling. You will deliver superior service and identify clients’ financial needs.

In this role you will educate customers on digital banking, support the sales process, and comply with internal controls and risk policies while serving weekends and flexible hours as required by branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and use PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management concepts.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; handle new accounts and resolutions.
