Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain strong records. You will help clients with digital self-service tools and participate in outbound outreach to identify opportunities for Truist solutions.

This role emphasizes IRM to deliver tailored financial services and requires commitment to training and policy compliance. The position involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, including assisting with outbound

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous transactions and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
