Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused teller/associate to deliver exceptional service and accurately process a variety of transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support the sales process through outbound outreach, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, adhering to controls, and contributing to team goals while growing product knowledge through training and meetings. Weekend/hours flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and complete transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and referring clients to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to controls and risk policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
