Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teammate to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while advancing client relationships. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and collaborate across branch teams to meet needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/extended hours.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate inLeadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
