Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time team member to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management activities.

Roles emphasize compliance, cross-training, and contributing to branch operations while meeting sales and service objectives with flexible hours and potential travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel to cover staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions to improve the service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge and attend training classes and web-based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and updates.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
