Job summary

Truist is seeking a regular full-time team member to provide timely client service and accurate transaction handling. You will also promote digital banking options and support sales efforts through outbound outreach.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to build relationships with clients while adhering to policies and procedures. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to serve clients.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve issues.
