Job summary

Truist seeks a customer-focused banking professional to process transactions accurately and deliver superior service. You will engage clients, educate them on digital self-service tools, and support the branch sales process by identifying opportunities and coordinating with specialists.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail banking environment, including potential weekend hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with policies.
