Truist Financial Corporation seeks a customer service professional to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies.

You will educate clients on digital self-service solutions and participate in outbound calling to support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, while adhering to internal controls and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound calls and sales opportunities, referring to branch team as needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
