Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Regular teller or client service professional to provide timely transactions and accurate record-keeping while offering superior service. You will help clients understand digital banking tools and identify needs.

The role focuses on executing complex and standard transactions, supporting branch sales, and maintaining internal controls and risk policies, with weekend/evening availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience handling both complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Commit to advancing product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
