Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker for a branch role to welcome clients, provide banking solutions, and build lasting relationships. You will assist walk-in and scheduled clients and educate them on Chase technology, while adhering to policies and risk requirements.

The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and a proactive approach to addressing financial needs, with weekend/evening hours required and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
