JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to provide welcoming, knowledgeable service and help clients address financial needs using modern banking technology. You will build relationships, learn products, and collaborate with specialists to tailor solutions for walking-in and scheduled clients.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work branch hours including weekends, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
