Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banker in an on-site role in Iowa. You will develop and deepen client relationships with consumer and business clients, delivering exceptional service and recommending financial solutions.

You will conduct thorough needs assessments, promote a full product line, and collaborate with lending teams to grow new and existing relationships while ensuring compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Experience in lending, sales or account management preferred.
• Demonstrates strong decision making & critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and provide solutions through appropriate products and services.
• Open bank accounts for current and new clients, oversee transactions and close accounts when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Promote and cross-sell the full line of retail bank loans, deposit products and services.
• Maintain a system of orderly follow-up to onboard new client relationships.
• Collaborate with business development and lending teams to establish new clients.
• Coordinate and participate in sales presentations at partnership meetings.
• Achieve branch goals and track progress; support regulatory compliance and audits.
• Invest in community partnerships and participate in community events.
