Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Banker in Cedar Rapids to deliver excellent client service while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote bank products to meet client needs.

The role requires high school diploma and cash handling experience, with a focus on accuracy, security, and adherence to federal regulations. Availability on Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in banking, client service, or a related field with cash handling is preferred.
• Excellent client service skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to perform data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365 with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions professionally following policies and procedures.
• Accept payments for various financial transactions and ensure prompt processing.
• Balance cash drawer and report cash differences; issue receipts as needed.
• Maintain security and proper documentation; complete IRS forms for large currency transactions.
• Promote banking products and refer clients to appropriate colleagues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive banking experience for clients.
