Job summary

You will answer client inquiries, resolve issues, promote bank products, and maintain security and accuracy. This role collaborates with teammates to deliver a positive banking experience and may require Saturday availability and lifting up to fifty pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365 with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions professionally following policies.
• Accept payments for various financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Handle cashier's checks, money orders, and other issued items.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Maintain security and proper documentation of transactions.
• Protect client information and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Balance cash vault and process foreign currency requests.
• Identify potential fraud and prevent losses.
• Assist with ATM balancing and maintenance as needed.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and the community.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive client experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in outreach.
